Dr. Craig Scholz

Dr. Craig Scholz - Vice President

Dr. Craig Scholz is the owner of three digital and 3D imaging centers in Southern California. Prior to his interest in 3D imaging, Craig worked as the West Coast sales rep for Ortho II computer systems for over 20 years. He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and a PhD. from Pepperdine University. In addition to his work at the imaging centers, Craig is currently the Emerging Technology Consultant for Ortho II computers and also manages the West Coast hardware & software sales for the company with his associate Jordan Reiss.

Dr. James Mah

Dr. James Mah - President

James Mah is a recognized expert in the field of 3D imaging. He has completed a great deal of research in this area and has many publications to his credit. He holds part time appointments at USC and UNLV and maintains a private practice as well as managing two digital radiographic centers. He earned his BSc in 1986, his DDS in 1988, and his MS in 1992 all from the University of Alberta. James received his DMSc in 1995 from Harvard University. James lectures worldwide on technical topics of interest to orthodontists and academics.

Dr. James Mah is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. At USC he is the Director of the Redmond Imaging Center and the Director of the Craniofacial Virtual Reality Laboratory. His research has been focused on creating 3-dimensional craniofacial patients upon which diagnosis, treatment planning and simulation can be performed.

Dr. William C. Scarfe

Dr. William C. Scarfe - Oral Radiologist

Dr. William C. Scarfe received his dentistry training in Adelaide, Australia and earned the Fellowship in Dental Surgery from that country. He completed training in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at The University of Texas San Antonio earning the MS degree and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He is registered as a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology with the Kentucky Board of Dentistry. He is Professor of Radiology and Imaging Science, The University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Scarfe is Treasurer and Associate Editor for the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He is a past vice president of the International Association of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology, and serves as North American Board Member and Recording Secretary for that Association. Dr. Scarfe is widely published and lectures both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Allan G. Farman

Dr. Allan G. Farman - Oral Radiologist

Dr. Allan G. Farman holds doctorates in both Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and in Oral Pathology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He is registered as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology with the Kentucky Board of Dentistry, on the Specialty List for Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology of the General Dental Council, UK, and as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology of the Health Professions Board of South Africa. Dr. Farman is Professor of Radiology and Imaging Science, The University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Kentucky with a Clinical Professorship in Diagnostic Radiology and and Adjunct Professorship in Anatomical Science and Neurobiology, The University of Louisville school of Medicine. He is Honored Guest Professor, Peking University, Beijing, China and of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. Farman is Scientific Editor and President Elect of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and American Dental Association voting representative to the international DICOM Standards Committee. He is a past president of the International Association of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology and Founder and Chair of the annual International Congress on Computed Maxillofacial Imaging. He has published approximately 400 journal contributions and co-authored or co-edited more than 20 texts and proceedings.
