How do I Upload my CBCT Data?

You must have an Internet connection (a high speed broadband connection is recommended) and a Dimensions Client Account. From any page within the site click “Upload Files”. Enter your username and password to view your file folder. Choose “Upload Files” to browse your computer and select your files for upload. Enter the case details in the field provided. Select “Upload”. You will be contacted by a Dimensions technician if there are any questions regarding the case. You will be notified by email when your reports are ready for download.

How do I Download my Reports?

You must have an Internet connection (a high speed broadband connection is recommended) and a Dimensions Client Account. From any page within the site click “Access Reports”. Enter your username and password to view your file folder. Select the reports from within your folder that you’d like to download. Choose “Download Files”. Your reports will be downloaded to the location on your computer that you specify.

How do I know when my Reports are ready?

You will be notified by email the moment your report has been completed and deposited into your personal folder.

How do I set up my account?
